Liberty Hospital joins the network of hospitals around the world to recognize and celebrate nurses through the DAISY Award program. Liberty Hospital is dedicated to assuring nursing excellence is supported, encouraged and celebrated in our community. By nominating a nurse for the DAISY Award, you will help recognize outstanding care provided to patients and their families every day.
Nominations are accepted on an ongoing basis. Liberty Hospital plans to award one nurse every six to eight weeks. Make your nomination by sharing your story of how a nurse made a difference in your life or in the life of your loved one. Please be specific on what the nurse did to make such a lasting impression.
