The second annual Liberty Hospital Half Marathon/Jewell 5K presented by Hy-Vee will be March 3, 2018. The race supports the Liberty Hospital Foundation's LiveWell Grants for community health and wellness initiatives in the Northland.
The timed race will be Saturday, March 3, 2018, beginning at the Liberty Community Center and following a route across the Flintlock flyover to I-435 and back. This year's race will be even bigger and better: larger finisher medals expanded kids area, including a FREE SumnerOne Pint Size Patriots Dash – where kids get their own medal! Plus, more course entertainment, food, pacers, gear check and parking!
Last year's race drew 1,250 runners and walkers from 17 states and three countries.
