You are invited to Liberty Hospital Hospice's Annual Tree Memorial Service. This service honors loved ones who died during the past year.
Since 2001, 16 beautiful trees have been planted in the Remembrance Grove on the Liberty Hospital campus. Visiting and walking through the Remembrance Grove provides an opportunity for families to reflect, remember, grieve and heal.
