Dr. Walk-Well Thursdays
Walk with Brad Garstang, M.D., each Thursday through June 27 on the indoor track at the Aurora. Check-in at 5:45 p.m. for blood pressure, pulse, weight and body fat measurements. Speaker/presentation begins at 6:00 p.m. (about 15 minutes). Guest speakers will address: finding the right running/walking shoe; arthritis – diagnosis, treatment; heart disease and walking. Free and open to the public. (Do not have to be an Aurora member.) Free and open to the public. Email drgarstang@sbcglobal.net to register by June 3.
