Classes and events

This group will focus on the process of reconciling with the pain, adjustment and meaning of loss. Topics include understanding normal grief, dispelling common misconceptions about grief, and how to find meaning in the midst of mourning. It is recommended that group participants be at least six months post loss. The group will be closed to new members after Sept. 18. Group is free, but registration is required.
